Over the next few weeks in the art room the fifth gradeare going to be working on a graffti project and examiniing whether it is an art or a crime.  We have come to the conclusion that it is a crime when it is unwanted and makes the property value go down.  But graffiti is art when it pays homage to someone important or it is something beautiful for everyone to admire.
